Q: How does shipping and delivery work?
CKG® orders typically ship within 24-48 hours after purchase.
Our shipping time is approximately 2-3 weeks with an average of 2 weeks. In a few months, we will move to a new warehouse and deliver shipments in 2-3 days.

Q: Can i change my shipping address?
Accidentally put in the wrong shipping address?
As long as your order isn't shipped out already, we'll be happy to change the shipping address.
Send us an email with the new order details and we'll make the modification to your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
We started in Germany and currently focus on serving customers within Germany. We do not yet ship internationally.
Q: Where are you located?
We are currently based in Germany and working to improve our logistics to offer even faster delivery.
At the moment, our shipping time is between 2–3 weeks, with an average of 2 weeks.
Q: Currency issue?
The pricing on our site is in EUR, and we process in EUR.
